Hi and welcome back to Southern Fitness and Health. Today is Turn up the Tunes Tuesday. I have been really getting into lots of new music lately since I have started Jazzercise ( I will post a full blog all about Jazzercise to come soon) and music is one great way to get you pumped for a fun workout.
